Gaining back some free time, allow me to express if not the most wonderful, the best times of my life, occurring every single day. Bye bye 2010.

Clockwatching

The reason why I don't wear a watch is that I don't live chronologically by time. I live by the moments. Today marks the last weekend of the year. 2010 is wasted much?

Really looking forward to that 3 years after NS. I know its going to be very tough and i'm going to get that degree. After doing so, hopefully money starts to flow in. AND Happy Christmas eve people. I'm going out to celebrate because of the DISCOUNTS!

T is for Teamwork

In hta you spent 6 months doing all kinds of shit together and I'm sure majority of you are missing it...
There's gonna be team building the whole day of tomorrow. I'm very sure this new mpc's squad gonna have a lot of fun together. New squadmates, new fun, fresh memories...

First week

Alot of boat lesson. Morning run.Teambuilding at night. Marathon at Pasir Ris. Night revision. 4m confident jump. Test on the first week. And there's more to come in the upcoming weeks. Sit tight and enjoy the ride!

PCG

Awesome mess food, nice scenery, air-conditioned hallway, 'relax' training, new squad mates, great washroom... Buttttt alot of test. In fact, every week got test. Let's make this 10 weeks of training worthwhile.

Posting

Mangkok days are officially over. Will report to the new posting first thing tomorrow morning. 10 weeks of training at pulau brani. PCG OHHH!!!

Guardian of the sea

Was quite disappointed not to get the vocation that I wanted. But I think PCG is not bad afterall. We get to learn navigation skills, drive a boat (I hope so!) and of course guard the sea surrounding Singapore. I can't swim ya know!

This is our final week before POP Ohhhhh! POP training everyday for 2 solid weeks. Fortunate to be given 3 hours of break after lunch. The training was as usual, GILER BABI. NS men mah. The grand event falls on 8 of December. Do catch me cause I won the best Mangkok for ns 30!

leaving behind our uniform

12 days

of limited freedom

we get to mingle

encountering talking animals and the beasts

overpopulated in this modernize world

living in a degrading atmosphere

dont mention about humidity

im beginning to get sick

sick of devils and demons

entering people's mind

provocation of violence occurs

nobody can stop this

starting today i shall relish independence

Saturday

Confinement on Saturday was not bad afterall. Especially when there's no water parade, flag raising and early breakfast. Our saturday here was total freedom. Saturday morning soccer at coy with music rocking the house. Love the ambience. Later need to get ready for COC parade in the evening and book out! We deserve this after so long.

Final month

Gonna enjoy our last month together as a trainee

Down memory lane

Supposedly this week should be our last week of training. 8 weeks prep course and 12 weeks police basic training. Total of 20 weeks. Extend till December. Anyway next week is our law exam. After that we have basically nothing to do. Even James ask us to plan our own schedule. Obviously we want fatique the whole day! 

I still remember those crazy times when Fajr was in charge. He would come to our bunk anytime and throw our beds and stuff. He would punish us with endless counts of exercises during PT. Push ups and burpis with our full uniform and raincoat on inside bunk 16 was hell. They call it raincoat PT!! But we survived and realized what NS is all about. Not forgetting the crazy punishments he gave us during drills session. We became drill demo in the process.

In all I must say that those crazy times brought alot of memories although his punishments was kinda..... How hard can stone of death be?

Case close.

SBT was quite fun. Attending to a case was challenging especially when the subjects unexpectedly use a weapon to provoke us. We managed to solve the situation and didn't expect a good compliment from the instructor. It was almost perfect until the end... There's this one officer from our squad who throw tantrum after the case. Hahahaha.. JON!

Soto babat on a hot day

Force myself to wake up early this morning to make new passport. Syahir was already at ICA building at 10am. I rushed there and was caught up in a jam. Reached there around 35mins. Struggling to cope with the weather on the way there. Singapore is so freaking hot nowadays.

 After that we went to beach road to buy some accessories. Had sugar cane and soto babat to match the weather. Super hot and delicious:)  Motor world and ah boy was our next destination. I bought a canvas and visor. Then saw an old friend from jurong east pizza hut and chat awhile. The sun starts to shine fiercely and that signals me that its time to go home before it scorched my face!

Hentak kaki on a book out day

Its already week 19. Who cares what happens when we get there, when getting there has been so much fun? We had a great laugh from the crazy pokemon drawing during lesson, dressing up as sarongman at night and impersonating as FI's. You know for me, laughter are like herpes. You can try to get rid of them but they just keep coming back. Let this memories stay!

Diner

I’ve always wanted to own a diner in the middle of nowhere. Like, seriously nowhere. There’s nothing quite a like a good diner breakfast. Good coffee, fluffy pancakes, scramble eggs, mega burger, you name it. I’d love to own the kind of diner I’d love to go to. I don’t actually want to cook. I just want to oversee things, greet people, make sure everyone’s coffee is topped off and of course, rake in the money.
