24th November.

This time exactly 8 years ago was one of the best moments in my life. Got my first bike. She was the first girl to sit on the hot seat! It was a big deal back then cos she was my poly crush. Still remember that feeling when I fetched her home that night. My life took a new turn. I found my confidence.

Those were the msn days when I get excited waiting for her online notification to appear. Surprisingly she would always start the convo! We would talked till 3am and bumped into each other in the library the next day. We would make stupid promises and jokes with each other. We agreed to find each other and get married if we are still single by 30!

She was my motivation to score well in school. Everyday i go to school with a sense of purpose, to see her at ngee ann's canteen A of cause. Our friendship was shortlived but the memories still remains.

Fast forward to today, I found out that she just got married on this very same day! Wishing her a blissful marriage!

24th has always been my luckiest/happiest day of the month since that very day. I’m glad that it falls on your happiest day too.
