Our daily training schedule has been alil bit relax so far. Aqua jogging and PSOC is the time for us to so called 'power nap'. For 3 weeks, FI Husin took us PT in the morning and never disturbed us for the afternoon schedule. Almost every afternoon we slept more than 3 hrs. Monday is so far the slackest day cos there was no activities from 9am till dinner. Already week 12, welcome to NS!! 8 more weeks to go...
